Short Term Rental Management and Consulting

Having run short term rentals since 2018, this investment model still makes up about half of our rentals and continues to be more lucrative than long term renting in certain markets. We have extensive experience vetting investments, fitting them up for guest use, finding and building a team, and streamlining the booking process. The environment for STRs is rapidly changing, with restrictions being implemented in towns across the nation. However, there are still STR-friendly markets and zoning where smart investors can enter the space. Our experience allows us to help investors manage risk and produce the best possible product for guest use.

We also offer full management of short term rentals in the Boston area and select markets throughout New England. We own AND manage our properties, so any units we take on will be given the same care and resources as our own investments.
